We really hope you're happy with the products we have created for you. However, we may not get it right all of the time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep your product(s) you have 14 days to return any unused items to us.
If there is a fault or issue with your product(s) notify us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to resolve it and get a replacement sent out to you.

Ermm! We haven't got a policy for this scenario as you would be the first person ever! :-)
Once we receive your return, we will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). Once approved, we will issue a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment).
Most refunds will be received with 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
